The courier will leave a card if you are not in when they try to deliver. They will then re-attempt delivery twice, again leaving a card if you are unavailable. The card will have the consignment number and the contact details of the local depot so you can contact them to rearrange or collect.
We will dispatch your order as soon as possible and should normally be received within 3 to 5 working days in some cases please allow up to a maximum of 14 days. If you have still not relieved your order after this period then please contact us
If your goods have been damaged in transit then please sign for your delivery as ‘damaged’ and notify us by telephone or email within 48 hours quoting your order number. If the item(s) have been damaged in transit then you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
We’re pretty confident you’ll love your purchase from 8Bitdo. But everyone’s entitled to change their mind. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you’re entitled to a full refund (via your original payment method) as long as you let us know within 14 days of receipt.
So, as long as:
your product is returned in perfect condition, exactly as we supplied it to you (be careful opening the box and inspecting the product, as we’ll need it to be in mint condition);
there is no sign of use on the product, such as scuffs, shutter counts, marks or scratches;
the packaging is intact and any/all accessories supplied are included alongside the product (this includes any plastic bags);
you’ve got proof of purchase; and
any free gifts you received as part of the order are returned (these need to be in mint condition, too).
you can send it back to us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund (including postage). If we spot that any of the above conditions haven’t been met, we reserve the right to deduct the appropriate amount from your refund.
As long as you cancel your order before it’s shipped, you won’t pay for any postage. If you are returning the goods because you have changed your mind (rather than because they are faulty), you will be responsible for covering all registered postage costs.
